If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the item (or first courier delivery attempt). We do not offer refunds or exchanges after this date. Returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, unopened) for a refund or a replacement. Please contact us by email to arrange for a refund or exchange and to obtain a returns code and return address details as we are unable to accept returned packages without prior authorization. When returning an item please use track and trace as we cannot refund items damaged or lost during return transit. After inspection of the goods we will credit you via your original payment method.
We are sadly unable to refund return postage costs on unwanted, undamaged items. We regret that one-off or vintage pieces, items made to order and any special offer or discounted items cannot be returned. Please inspect goods arriving to you before signing for them to ensure there is no transit damage. Goods are shipped within NZ at owners risk. Those larger items using a carrier service are insured up to $1500. Goods will be thoroughly and carefully packaged but if you have bought an item costing more than this you may prefer to opt for extra insurance. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us by email within 24 hours, and we will be happy to liaise with the shipping firm on your behalf but this will be at our discretion.
